The Hermit reversed
Withdrawal that stopped being useful — isolation, or refusing the help that is actually available. Can also mean being pulled out of necessary solitude before it has done its work.
In love
Time alone, a deliberate pause, or a relationship where one person has gone quiet. Not necessarily an ending — often a needed distance.
In career and money
Independent work, research, reassessment. Poor card for collaboration; excellent for figuring out what you actually want the work to be.
